1. Order Cancellation

• 1.1. Cancellation Before Shipment:

  • A full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders canceled before shipment.
• 1.2. Cancellation After Shipment:
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. However, you may return the product after delivery, subject to our return conditions (refer to Section 2).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please refuse delivery if you wish to cancel after shipment.

2. Return Policy

• 2.1. Eligibility for Returns:

  Products are eligible for return only if:

  • They are unused and in their original packaging.
  • They are received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

3. Refund Policy

  • The order is canceled before shipment.
  • The product is returned and meets the return eligibility criteria.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed as store credit or via bank transfer (customer will need to provide bank details).
• 3.3. Refund Deductions:

  The following products cannot be returned:

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
